Baum Bat, the world’s strongest bats, recently underwent extended BBCOR (Bat-Ball Coefficient of Restitution) testing, passing at .499, the upper limits to be BBCOR Certified.
The BBCOR standard was introduced to ensure that non-wood bats perform comparably to wood bats in an attempt to level the playing field and improve player safety. The BBCOR rating for bats must be less than or equal to .50, the retesting of the Baum Bat shows it hits at the highest legal limits for composite wood BBCOR play and will retain its BBCOR certification.
With better balance, durability and a giant sweet spot, the Baum Bat blends 20 years of research and development with a love of the game, producing a virtually indestructible composite wood bat with the feel, sound and look of wood.
“Keeping true to the original design of the composite wood bat invented by Steve Baum in 1993 is essential to making Baum Bats the best in the game,” says owner Ben Boulware. “This testing confirms what we’re hearing from players, that our bat is hotter than a wood bat with a giant pop.”

#1 Baum Bat fan in Canada
I bought my 16 yr old son a Baum Bat for Christmas because he broke 3 last season. He's been taking BP indoors 5 days a week (ave. 150 swings per) since and when we went to play in Fla and so far this season the bat still has a lot of pop to it. Love it
Hands down best wood bat I've ever owned
I've had my Baum bat for 3 years and I have to say it was the best investments I've ever made in terms of baseball equipment. The bats durable and has great pop . My brother owns one and a bunch of my teammates through out the years own these bats. I've maybe seen one break and that was only because the bat had to be atleast 5yea
